All packages are sent in discreet, privacy-protecting packaging from our California studio.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, intimate apparel, or opened packages.

Returns will **only** be accepted in the following cases:

- Items are defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product or size due to our error

To request a return, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order.All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** after inspection.

Please note that **gifts and mystery boxes are final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged.
